What personal data does this site collect and why?
Cookies:
This site uses cookies from Google to deliver its services and to analyse traffic. Your IP address and user agent are shared with Google, together with performance and security metrics, to ensure quality of service, generate usage statistics and to detect and address abuse.
This information can’t be traced back to individual visitors. It shows me the total amount of visitors, unique visitors and how many people viewed each post etc.
Comments:
When you leave comments on my site, I can see you're user name. If I click on your user name it'll take me to a blogger profile or possibly to your google + account. I can only see information that YOU have made publicly available. However, I do not personally collect any of your data when you comment.
If you tick the 'Notify Me' box, you'll receive an email when I respond to your comment or when someone else comments on the post. However, this is automated via google and I do not access your information.
Embedded content from other websites:
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, links to articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
However, I do not have access to your information.
Rafflecopter & Giveaways:
When I host a giveaway on my site, I use rafflecopter to collect the entries and randomly select a winner.
As the giveaway admin, I see the entrants' name, email, IP, time of when they entered, and how they entered. I also see other verification data (e.g twitter user name if you enter by following on twitter).
I DO NOT use this information for anything other than emailing the giveaway winner once the giveaway is complete. Once the giveaway prize is delivered, I will delete this information and not contact again.
I will never ever take any data and sell it/use it in a malicious way.

I don’t share your data unless necessary for the function of this site or legal reasons.
How long is data retained?
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained so long as the blog is in existence.
What rights do you have over your data?
If you have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
