Reading Challenge Update - May

June! How the heck did we end up in June already?
After my crappy reading slump of April, I'm pleased to say that May was much better with a total of 11 books read!
Yeay!
Fingers crossed my reading mojo continues to flow.

This year, I signed up for  4 reading challenges (not including the Goodreads Challenge) and 1 blogging challenge.

This month I have made progress as follows...

  

The Goal was to 10-12 books this year featuring royalty.

I read 0 'Royal' themed books last month, so my total stays at 2.

My blog challenge... Each month a prompt is given and the goal is to write a blog post that fits it. 

I haven't written a single prompt.

Fail, fail, faily fail. Fail. 

My aim for this one was to read 10-15 books featuring bad boys... 

In May, I read 0 keeping the total at 1.

This reading challenge is aimed at reading books published before 2019 and getting them off your backlist/TBR/wishlist...

For May I read 7 books from the backlist.

May's 7 brings my total this year to 24 backlist books.

I was originally aiming for 5 audiobooks this year. Because I was beastin' it, I raised the total to 'Weekend Warrior' which is 5-10 books.

My total from May is now at 5.
I think this lovely audio challenge is in the bag... Ooooh, I wonder if I can raise my target again?

May's Audiobook was The House of Hades by Rick Riordan.
