TTT: The Ten Most Recent Additions to My To-Read List

The Ten Most Recent Additions to My To-Read List

This should be a fairly easy question to answer except my TBR is a random mish-mash of Goodreads, Amazon Wishlist and notes in my planner. However! I've gone through them all and the most recent additions (based on date added) are...

The Boy I Grew Up With by Tijan

I'm shallow enough to admit that the cover is what caught my eye with this one but it was the blurb that put it high on my want list.

How To Hack A Heartbreak by Kristin Rockaway

Both the cover and blurb for this one just shout super fun chick-lit.

Brooklynaire by Sarina Bowen

My cover lust had absolutely no bearing whatsoever on this being added to my want list.
None.
Nope, not even those sexy ass glasses convinced me.
Oh wait...

Stone Cold Magic by Jayne Faith

I'm always on the hunt for new UF and this one sounds both similar to everything else but also a little bit different and a lot of fun!

Mouth to Mouth by Tessa Bailey

Covers... Book covers are my kryptonite. Get the right cover and I'll get excited about anything. Seriously. However, the blurb of this book also has me pretty excited so fingers crossed it's a good read!

Immortally Yours by Lindsey Sands

I haven't read this series in years but I like the sound of this one!

A Tale of Beauty and Beast by Melanie Cellier

My name is Nicci and I am a beauty and the beast re-telling fiend.
Plus, look at that cover! So pretty...

Future Shock by Elizabeth Briggs

Time traveling UF? Okay, I'll bite.

I Owe You One by Sophie Kinsella

Sophie Kinsella's books can be hit or miss for me but I'm loving the sound of this one!

Ruthless King by Maya Hughes

For the record, I HATE this cover. There's something disproportionate and weird about it... It creeps me out. However, the blurb has me interested so it got added to the list.

🌻

So, what about you? Any of these on your list? Have you read any? Let me know in the comments!

  5. Pardon me while I drool over that Tijan cover. *sigh* I started Mouth to Mouth last week but it just wasn’t clicking. I set aside and plan on picking it up again sometime soon.

  11. Haha, my TBR list is the same. It’s a mix of spreadsheets and Pinterest. Sometimes I update one and not the other, so it’s a bit of a disaster.

Aj @ Read All The Things!

    1. I figure I could fix it but I'm in no danger of running out of books so keeping it scattered and messy probably saves me from overloading.😆

  12. I am not a fan of dudes without shirts on covers, but I agree that something about that last one is way off and disproportionate looking. It's almost like he is leaning too far forward and then his waist looks really small? I don't know but I agree, it is weird.

  15. I am also a Beauty and the Beast retelling fiend. (Though I end up hating a good majority of them.) However, I'm not only intrigued by this particular book but the whole series. It's not on my TBR as well. Thanks!

  16. There's a lot of eye candy in these ten!
My TBR is divided over several locations too. One day I will make prioritised Goodreads shelves and organise all my reading wants. Probably!
